Vice-president of SISBB Vladimir Laptev is recognized as the person of year of the WBC

On the 53rd annual the convention of the World boxing council (WBC) to Kunming (China) the vice-president of SISBB Vladimir  Laptev is recognized as the person of year of the World Boxing Council. The award was handed by the president of the World Boxing Council Mauricio Souleymane.
